whether you choose to give birth at the hospital or at home, we will guide you during the delivery. This way, you will have a friendly, familiar face the entire time. It is not until it becomes a medical necessity that we hand over the care for you to the gynecologist at the hospital. But in general we will guide you throughout the delivery, in the hospital as well.

1 // gather information
The more you know what to expect, the less stressful a delivery will be. At Terra, we have a special Delivery gathering in which we inform you of all you need to know in preparation of your delivery. Care to start reading up yourself? You can read more about delivery in our knowledgecenter.
2 // make a birth plan
In this plan, you write down your ideas for the delivery. For example, whether you like to give birth at home or at the hospital, who you would like to be present and whether or not you want pain relief and whether or not you would like to breastfeed your baby. This plan is not cast in stone, it’s just a guideline. If your preferences change during the delivery, we can alter the plan at any given moment.
3 // prepare and pack you bag
Make sure you have all the [baby supplies] you need after your baby is born and make sure your [hospital bag] is ready to go (regardless of whether you plan to give birth at the hospital or at home).
